Walter got to use the snow blower.

 

Johanna had her first friend sleep over.

Walter Valentine's letter to mom. "Dear Mom.  I love you because of your hugs and your kisses. From Walter".  Johanna sent her valentines to Grandma Karen and Grandpa Mike - thanking Karen for trusting her with the secret hiding spot and thanking Mike for trusting her with the leaf blower and for going fishing. 

Broken dishwasher led to some hand washing and kids singing while they work.  "I'm a dishwasher, I'm a dishwasher!"
