Christmas 2023

 

We got an ornament making kit with wood pop outs that we painted and added diamond decor.  Johanna made a spreadsheet to work out the details of who would get which ornaments and colors. 

 We also cutout and decorated cookies.

Christmas Day at home.

Walter was excited for every present he opened.  His #1 present was a new Marvel game for the Switch.  He even got Mom to play (for about 3 minutes). Walter's gifts were all his favorite things - Legos, super heros, animals, blasters, Pez dispensers, and even a remote control transforming car. 

Johanna was so excited to get the hoverboard we had decided we were not going to get her.  Dad is still not excited about that, but this is the first year that Johanna has more knowledge of the Santa situation so Mom wanted to make Christmas extra special.  The BIG surprise and fun for Johanna was getting a signed Gabbie Marshall shirt that her cool aunt Jen waited in line for.  Other Johanna Christmas presents were more Hawkeye shirts, art supplies, squishmallows, and Harry Potter themed items.
