Milwaukee Trip

 In May we took a trip to Milwaukee. 

We started with a trip to Discovery World.  Walter was glad to try the VR again and he didn't even fall over this time.   We also enjoyed checking out the fish. 

We spent some time on the lakefront with the highlight being a big bike ride.

Both Johanna and Walter took a turn driving.  As Walter was driving and we were getting to an area with more bikes, we all started giving him directions at once to which he responded by covering his eyes, curling in a ball and yelling "I can't handle this!".  Luckily the guy we almost crashed into was laughing as hard as we were as Tony took over the wheel.  Johanna did well though it's harder than expected to hold the bike straight, so next time we will let her drive when we aren't so close to the lake.  

We spent some time skipping rocks. 

Johanna brought her new bike to go for a ride along the lake with Melissa.

We used some sparklers in the backyard. 

Johanna enjoyed making some fantastic chalk art. 

We took a trip to the Zoo which was way warmer than the beautiful lake shore. 

Johanna was also happy to have some Charlie time.
