It has been so hot, we have played in the water and made several trips to Flora Pool. The splash pad was especially fun at the end of the slide.
For our anniversary, we had a nice family dinner at Texas Roadhouse and everyone behaved - not even needing to watch a video as a distraction!
We love to go for walks and play outside. Of course, even going for a walk can’t be simple with kids.
Johanna got a new bike, although she still prefers her scooter for now. She also got to try roller skating for the first time with a party at Skate Country with the cousins. The swing set is still always her go-to outside and coloring is her go-to inside. Walter always wants to watch TV or be silly.
We made it to one Arboretum Music in the Park event. The kids saw so many friends, even Grandma and Grandpa A, and had a great time playing.
